Study: Housing development and public funding - Exploratory paper in the context of the IBA Berlin 2020

On behalf of the Berlin Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing, the Chair of Planning Theory and Urban Development worked on the study "Housing Development and Public Funding". Based on a discussion of the German Federal Republic's funding landscape, the project includes the evaluation of housing policy approaches in large cities at home and abroad as well as the derivation of clues for the innovative further development of local housing policies. The approaches in Hamburg, Munich and Amsterdam were examined in detail.
