Integration of neighborhood-related housing concepts
The integration of neighborhood-related housing concepts into post-war buildings - case studies of Rheinische Beamten-Baugesellschaft housing estates in Cologne-Deutz and Bonn-Castell
During the case studies, location analyses were prepared for both mentioned neighborhoods and these were discussed with other actors in workshops on site. Based on the results of the analysis, the design tasks for the students of the accompanying research module could be defined and processed in a compact design phase. In combination with the evaluated test designs, integrated strategic concepts were developed for both locations, in which the potentials for the integration of inclusive housing offers are shown. The results of the case studies are documented in a final report.
