Dealing with problematic Real Estates

In the context of the research project, a guideline for dealing with problematic real estates in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) was developed and presented to the audience and the public at a symposium. The services provided by the Junior Professorship for Sustainable Housing Development included: Conceptual support in compiling the guideline for municipalities in NRW on the topics of vacancies, structural neglect, overcrowded residential buildings so-called "problematic real estate". Organization and implementation of the symposium “Problematic Real Estates for municipalities in NRW”.
