Home Sharing – Effects of short-term rentals on local housing markets
This project focuses on the interaction between short-term rentals in the housing market and the measures taken by cities to achieve balance and control, and how to measure the efficiency of such measures - the following range of services is included: Conception, data basis and data analysis, Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) -based data analysis, presentation of results and discussion, control or regulation overview of the cities on the topic of short-term rentals in Germany, comparison and perspectives of regulation approaches.
